PreReviews is a web tool that audits Xcode projects against App Store Review Guidelines. This document explains what data is processed and how. ShipReady, the Mac app version, uses the same review-readiness approach with local project scanning and optional online checks described below.

What we don't do

• Web audits run entirely client-side in your browser.
• ShipReady Mac rule-based audits run locally on your Mac and do not upload your full project or source tree.
• No telemetry, analytics, or cookies.
• No accounts, no sign-in, no email collection.
• No third-party trackers or ads.

When AI features are used

If you click “Analyze with AI” on the web AI Rejection Analyzer page or enable optional AI review in ShipReady, only the following is sent to our AI proxy:

• The Apple rejection email text you paste in
• The optional app name you provide
• For ShipReady AI review: failed rule summaries and small code snippets around detected issues

We do not send full projects or complete source trees. Our AI proxy is operated by us and forwards requests to DeepSeek without long-term storage.

ShipReady App Store Connect API

In ShipReady, App Store Connect API credentials are optional and stored in the macOS Keychain. They are used only to fetch metadata for apps you ask ShipReady to audit, such as descriptions, support URLs, privacy URLs, and review-note state.

Domain registrar & hosting

Domain by Cloudflare Registrar. Hosting via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and standard HTTP request metadata for security and operational purposes per its privacy policy.
